FOUNDER/DIRECTOR
Heidi OToole, MS
What's Your Echo?© was founded and directed by Heidi OToole since 2000. Heidi took her combined 25 years experience in the education and human service fields to establish a company that is committed to providing the highest quality training and consultative services to address the multitude of issues both direct service workers and administrators face on a daily basis in the helping and educational professions. This commitment extended into providing a most credible resource to the helping profession, enabling the opportunity for prioritization of the continuing responsibility this profession has to grow and expand in order to maximize those most precious moments spent with whom we serve. Heidi's experience, passion and committment are delievred with an energy and enthusiasm that is infectious.
Her passion and committment extends to passing on her experience by educating those who have chosen to enter the helping profession as an adjunct instructor in the counselor education departments at both West Virginia University and Marshall University's Graduate College.
Heidi has also developed group curriculums which are currently being used by the Pennsylvania Bureau for Drug and Alcohol Program, the West Virginia Division of Juvenile Services and Pressley Ridge Residential Schools. She is curently working with the Bermudian Ministry of Education to develop a protocol of service delivery for both school counselors and educational therapists.
Heidi has recently authored her first book, which is awaiting publication.
